A man is accused in court of murdering Tristan Sherry on Christmas Eve in a restaurant in Ireland. Sherry, 26, died after being attacked during a gun attack at Browne's Steakhouse in Blanchardstown, Dublin. Michael Andrecut, 22, of Sheephill Avenue, was arrested by Gardaí (Police of Ireland) on Friday night. So He appeared in a special session of the Criminal Court on Saturday morning. Tristan Sherry Det sgt Mark Murphy told the court that Andrecut did not respond to the charge after being warned. Free legal aid was sought on behalf of Andrecut.
