A man is accused in court of murdering Tristan Sherry on Christmas Eve in a restaurant in Ireland. Sherry, 26, died after being attacked during a gun attack at Browne’s Steakhouse in Blanchardstown, Dublin. Michael Andrecut, 22, of Sheephill Avenue, was arrested by Gardaí (Police of Ireland) on Friday night. So He appeared in a special session of the Criminal Court on Saturday morning.
Det sgt Mark Murphy told the court that Andrecut did not respond to the charge after being warned. Free legal aid was sought on behalf of Andrecut. Andrecu was arrested and will appear at Cloverhill District Court on Tuesday, February 2. The 40-year-old man remains in hospital in critical condition because of being shot . Irish broadcaster RTÉ reported that Sherry was the shooter in the incident.

The 47-year-old was hit multiple times because Sherry opened fire with the machine gun. Details of Sherry’s funeral have not been released, but will be held in the coming days. After the shooting, a GoFundMe page was set up for Sherry on the fundraising website as her family tried to raise money for the funeral.
“We did this to raise money for his funeral during this difficult time,” a family member wrote on the fundraising page. We are truly devastated that this has happened. He was a wonderful son, brother, father and friend.” BUT The page was removed after a donation of several hundred euros.
